we always need leaders who are as passionate about foosackly’s as we are. we just don’t talk quality, we walk the walk. from our highest quality fresh chicken to the baskets we serve our meals on, we understand, “you get what you pay for.” this is our mantra when it comes to our staff. from the girl on fries to the regional manager, we understand that our people are as important as the food we serve. there’s a reason why you see the same folks behind our counters over and over; we take care of our people and they like working here. we don’t cut corners with the food and we’re not going to do it with the foocrew.

foosackly’s is looking for people who share our vision of the restaurant industry. we love the people, the diversity, the camaraderie and the fast-paced environment. but we hated the long, crazy hours, the inconsistent pay, the late nights, the creepy salesman who comes in all the time and especially the corporate boss who only cares about the bottom line. this is why we started foosackly’s and this is why our managers work, on average, 45-50 hours a week. we promote having a life outside of the restaurant. is that possible if you’re here 80 hours a week? we close on most holidays. i mean, we’re not the bank, but it’s still a solid week’s vacation. we also do what it takes to retain the quality people on our staff. retention makes everyone’s job easier and the company more productive. we could go on and on, but we’ll save some for later.

enough about us, let’s talk about you. to be a member of the foocrew you must be organized, dedicated and you MUST like people. everyone says they like people, but only a few actually mean it. you must have some common sense. you don’t have to have management experience, but it helps. send us your resume, tell us what you’re looking for, where you’re coming from and where you want to go. heck, you can even tell us how we could do a few things better. we look forward to hearing from you.
